Apartment was well presented, very clean and modern. Loads of space. Bedding, towels and everything you need for a good stay was there. The apartments are in a great central location and very secure. Having stayed in November, the heating was always very welcome and very warm when returning from trips out.

Fantastic accomodation so close to the main centre of Tromso and transport links The apartment was warm, comfortable with fantastic views. There was everything you needed to cater for yourself or pop out to a restaurant. I would highly recommend ❤️

Easy check in details sent prior to checking in. Location on Hotels.com is different to actual location but easy walking access into town centre and across bridge to Artic Cathedral. Apartment had everything we needed- only thing we would say is maybe more pillows, one wasn’t enough for us!

The apartment had plenty of space and the washing machine was very helpful especially with the provided pods the bed and the couch were comfortable sleeping spaces and it was very clean. The balcony had a great view of the town and mountains.

The appartment was clean and fresh. Not so comfotable bed and the lights were very weak in the bedroom. Received different door codes to the doors so was confusion to open doors. The location is in a different location that is shown on hotels.com, should be corrected.

Great communication, the place is about a 10 minute walk from the main downtown area. Parking if you get a rental car is about a 8 minute walk away from the property in the opposite direction of the downtown. It was clean, and safe.

The property itself was in a nice area, next to the Tromso bridge, just minutes walking distance to the shopping street. A spacious apartment with a good kitchen, living room. I can see the Artic Cathedral in the view. There were some email instructions and link to get to the apartment- the link brought me to the Storgata near Macdonalds though. I don’t understand the map given at all (no context and iconic buildings in map for a visitor to know) After asking 2,3 people where it might be, I finally found the place. Thankfully it was a delight!

Good sized apartment close to harbour area, attractions and shopping. Clean and well prepared for short stay with cooking, clothes and dish washing facilities. Views are not quite as advertised but still quite good. Would happily stay there if visiting Tromsø again. The nearby cafe is excellent!

A little difficult finding the correct building upon arriving on Sunday. A very nice local pointed us in the right direction. Quiet area of town. Very new, clean, apartments. Easily walkable. Comfortable beds. Good internet. Minimalistic. Nice to have a washing machine. Great bus system to get to some of the sights.

We had some difficulty with finding the apartment. The map was not sent way in advance for us to study. When you are in a car it’s hard to know where to park to go ask for help. We arrived late due to some delays however after driving around awhile we figured it out. We were able to talk to someone the next day in the office with questions and he was very helpful.
