Room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely, the floor was always warm. Staff were friendly and helpful and though we chose not to use it the bar and breakfast area were all well stocked. Great location for walking around Tromso and accessing pick up locations for tours. The street outside was noisy though this was only on the Saturday night, the rest of our stay through to Tuesday was quiet.

Modern rooms with everything we needed, except on the first night we could hear the neighboring room through the wall. We were definitely disappointed by the breakfast and snack options. Much better options at the 7/11 down the street. Overall, an okay stay.

non era scritto nel sito che non c'era colazione nè riordino della stanza nè asciugamani (solo due teli per la doccia) nè tappetino per bagno (per asciugarlo visto che non c'è neanche la tenda della doccia per evitare che si allaghi). inoltre sempre in bagno non c'è neppure un ripiano per poggiare i beauty case. le luci della stanza sono insufficienti anche solo per vedere e non c'è uno specchio in camera

Staff were nice. Room was defiantly not comfortable. Beds are super tiny. Bathroom was awkward (shower hits the toilet so water goes everywhere. Pillows had lumpy clumps of cotton. Room never cleaned. We asked for extra pillows - the 2 we got were worse than the original 2. States you can drink the room water - but no cups provided and defiantly cant fit your bottle in the sink to fill up. Overall it's a "comfort express." If your a young single traveler on a budget this place is perfect
