we arrived 12 .30 am left are cases in reception came back at six pm hotel is fully booked
I booked a standard room the only rooms on show when booking had a window you could look out the room we were given had a 400mm x400mm broken with the wind whistling though at high level this was room 15 the start of a corridor corner were people said good night for 5 minutes
I ask about my standard room they said who did I book through ? if I booked direct with the hotel they may have done there best to get the correct room
not a very nice room you need to stand on a chair to look out onto a flat roof
No point complaining any more as someone else on trip adviser stayed 15 .16. 18 with no improvements
The breakfast was good possibly need a few more lights so you can see it
The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was Excellent! but the very dated internal cell of a room was terrible. The outward facing rooms in the picture may be nice, but avoid at least #15in the rabbit warren at the back at all costs, couldn't sleep for fear of fire..
