This family accommodation "the three sailors" benefits from an exceptional geographical location! Quiet and close to all amenities :-).

- 2 minutes walk from the fish market and the emblematic restaurant "Les Vapeurs".
- 10 minutes walk from the train station
- 10 minutes walk to the beach/casino

Closed parking 100 metres away (option) and two electric bikes including a cargo bike available (option) to facilitate your travels.

The 65 square metre fisherman's house can accommodate up to 7 people maximum (4 adults and 3 children + 1 baby/child under 2 years old).

Outdoor of 30m2 with bbq (available from April to October), terrace, bike room + beach accessories.

- Two master bedrooms with a 160x200 bed.

- A children's bedroom with bunk bed.

- A children's bedroom with 80X180 mattress and a 70X140 mattress

Please note: The two cabin rooms are rooms intended for children/young teenagers (not intended for adults).

Two bathrooms (optimised space).

A toilet on the ground floor and a laundry room.

Sheets, towels, tea towels, and basic condiments provided

Blackout curtains for all rooms.

Small dogs allowed (they must never be left alone in the house),

Très belle maison, très bien située

Une maison très belle, très agréable, très bien décorée et très bien équipée. Une localisation à deux pas du centre et de la plage. Nous le conseillons vivement.
