The Villa Arc-en-Ciel is ideally located with a beautiful sea view, on the heights of Trouville, just a 7-minute walk from Rue des Bains (where everything happens), about 15 minutes on foot to the beach, and 20 minutes on foot to the train station. It features two large ground-level terraces and an 800 m² garden. The villa has been fully renovated and equipped with high-quality amenities.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shopping, the train station, cinema, and Deauville and horses races et high end shops..
The villa is in an absolutely quiet setting, facing south and west, offering sunset views (except in August). There is parking available in front of the house. It accommodates 8 adults and 4 children, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/showers, and 4 toilets.
The Villa Arc-en-Ciel consists of two units that can be independent but function as one entity.
**Ground floor:** Entrance, furnished and equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, fireplace, bay window with sea view, access to the ground-level terrace (27 m²) – from the terrace, access to the garden via stairs. Three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and toilet, two bedrooms opening onto the terrace, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Access to the lower ground floor via an internal staircase.
**Lower ground floor:** Living room with open-plan furnished and equipped kitchen, TV, piano, direct access to the terrace (25 m²) and garden. Independent access via the sliding glass doors if needed. Two bedrooms: one suite with shower and toilet, one dormitory-style room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room with washer/dryer. South and west-facing orientation.
Guests have access to the entire property: ground floor, lower ground floor, terraces, and garden.
