The comfortable living room is a perfect place to spend time together and has access to the patio where you can find lounge chairs and a BBQ. The bright, fully-stocked kitchen offers guests updated appliances and has lots of space to work. The primary suite of this property features a king-sized bed, private access to the back patio with a built-in hot tub, walk-through closet, and large ensuite. There are also two guest bedrooms in this property that are nicely decorated and feature queen beds, and green views out the window.

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.

- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
