Mountain Living: Please remember that mountain weather can be unpredictable. While rare, power and Wi-Fi outages can occur. We handle refunds for such uncontrollable situations on a case-by-case basis.
Winter Advisory (Nov 1st - May 1st): Propane for the gas grill is not monitored, and its accessibility is not guaranteed during the winter months. Decks are shoveled for structural safety only and may not be clear of snow for guest use.
