What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night! Our five day stay could not be faulted. A special thank you to the staff who arranged my hospital trip for my eye early morning - they certainly go the extra mile at this hotel.
