Regal Hotels International - accommodation in Tsuen Wan

This property was pretty clean and the staff were never nice and attentive; especially at the restaurant where they were very kind and gracious. Overall, the property had very large rooms and beautiful scenery being on the rocky beach. It was also just about 20 minutes fro. Hong Kong Disney, which is why I selected them with such a great low nightly rate and being so close to the park. It's not a close walk to anything for food, so you would have to eat at the restaurant or order delivery. The had a daily shuttle to take you to the train station to help get around Hong Kong, or you can easily order a taxi or use Uber. I would consider staying here again

Hotel staff not greet guest and not smiling maybe the culture I think but anyway manager in concierge have help us what we need

nice location with mall, restaurants, shops and MTR nearby. I feels hotel need to maintain 5 star rating.
