O estacionamento anunciado como gratuito é só no período noturno e mesmo deixando o veículo dia e noite (24h) o hóspede tem que pagar a diária integral e sem desconto. O único elevador do prédio teve problemas várias vezes e em dias variados, inclusive no período do café da manhã que era servido no último andar (7º) do prédio.
