Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove used linens and towels and place in laundry room. Wet towels place in sink. Start a load if you are comfortable using the washer. Take out all trash to the trash can (lower parking pad).
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans & bath fans before you leave. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Just pull the front door tight when leaving. Do not lock it from the inside.
Load and run the dishwasher (if you used it) and put away any clean dishes. Hot Tub: Please turn off the jets, remove any personal items or debris, and securely replace the cover before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Truly an amazing mountain experience in a modern style house. This home is very private with unmatched views from either level. From the moment you walk in the door (smells like a new home), it is immaculate with high end appliances and fixtures. Lots of room with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, large bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and 2 massive decks. I cant say enough about this property, its amenities and its views. Worth every penny to stay at such a magical place.We looked at hundreds of properties before deciding on this one. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a higher end accommodation. Communication with the hosts is fantastic and they are there to answer any question you have about the house or area.The location is just off a major roadway (as major as they get there) and roads are all paved (paved driveway). The drive on the Blue Ridge Pkwy to the home is something everyone needs to experience. About 40 minutes from Brevard, which has nice shops and restaurants.Dont hesitate, this is one property that you should not miss.

So...full disclosure...my wife is begging me to buy her a house just like this now. I'm not sure how I feel about that...Aside from that, the house was pretty amazing. Everything was as described and the hosts were very accommodating for us! The relaxing atmosphere and scenic views were a nice break from city life. If you're looking for a secluded place where you can relax and recharge, this is the one for you! Also the downstairs couch was super comfy!
