This hotel is very good for location, cleanliness and facilities. The housekeeping staff are excellent. I liked the proximity to the coast and being able to swim in the sea.

They would not clean my room daily. They gave me clean towels daily but would not make my bed or clean my bathroom. I had to ask for clean cups daily. My stay was two weeks. I have stayed here many times and it was good the other times. Not sure what has changed but I will not go back to this hotel now.

Despite the typhoon and cancelled flights, the hotel staff never showed even minimal professionalism – my message was never answered. Such a lack of communication in a crisis situation leaves a very poor impression and does not inspire trust in guests.
