I loved everything about my 5-day stay at Jirisan Parkview Pension. The location is ideal for serene walks, access to hiking trails, and exploring temples and mountains. A beautiful ravine and creek flows directly behind the pension, and there is a nice path and area to sit and enjoy. Even though it’s a short drive to the town, there are many restaurants and cafes just across the road. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the bus stop that will take you to various destinations. There’s plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. The pension has comfortable and charming amenities such as a dining area and cafe, and appliances to heat up food if you have your own. They keep it very clean and I found it very relaxing to enjoy after a day of hiking and wandering. The people there are very kind, patient, and helpful! I enjoyed meeting them and felt welcomed. I had a basic room, it was very clean and the bed/bedding was comfortable. It’s very quiet and peaceful at night. There were many international guests that came and went. If I ever am fortunate enough to visit Jirisan again, I will choose Parkview again, and I highly recommend staying here for a beautiful mountain and temple experience!

The location just outside the national park is excellent. The manager was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. The view from our balcony was enchanting.

It was clean. Beds were very comfortable and the blankets were light.
