If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Center & Tulsa Fairgrounds, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our front yard! Walk out our front door and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Paradise Beach Water Park, BOK Center downtown, midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering Place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66.

Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 full bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine glass rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 5 Smart TVs with Cable TV, WIFI, and High-speed Internet.
