The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room and hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The maintenance crew does need to do a bit of maintenance in the bathroom though. The grout in the tile was all but gone, there was a cracked tile and wall paper was peeling. I would still stay here again because this was cosmetic issues, not cleanliness issues.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very polite. Breakfast wasn't anything to great but they have you covered for the essentials.

The staff is wonderful. The lobby is very nice and well kept. The rooms are nice, but need maintenance. We had loose tiles in the bathroom, and the toilet was missing its floor bolts. On the 2nd floor, shower water pressure was low. Breakfast was decent, but we stayed 5 nights and there was no variety.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly (shout out to Joan). However, my father and I feel that a closet/wardrobe would be more appropriate for hanging clothes instead of hooks and knobs on the wall, and a microwave would have been nice. Maybe a lamp on the desktop area for more lighting. There was easy in and out access for handicap parking which was very beneficial. I enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
