I had to complain on the individuals above me three times the first night. It sounded like elephants running around. Asked to be moved and they wouldn't switch my room. The room 223's bathroom shared a wall with the guest laundry room. When the washing machine was running, it caused the toilet to fill up with hot water, so stream was coming out of the toilet. Not cool. The next morning I asked the day staff to be moved again and she was super friendly and helpful and agreed to move me. I had to go back around 230 pm to switch rooms and then had to wait on the guy that wouldnt move me the night before. He had to do the computer stuff so we could move. He was nice, but I asked him if he expected to see me again and he said he wasn't surprised. If he would have moved me when I asked the first time then I would have left a better review. The second room was much better, but I wouldn't consider staying here again.

I went here for 2 days and it was a lot better then we thought it would be. pool has a little to much chlorine but other then that it was great They even turned the lights off for us so we could have the led pool for a better theme.

The hotel and room was clean. The front desk clerk was really nice. However, we had to wait for bed linens and for more pool towels. The very cold pool stated it was 4 feet deep, but apparently there was maybe 3 feet in it. This error sent one of our family members to the ER. Breakfast was good, checkout was easy.

The room was soooo large and spacious! I was impressed by the kindness the front desk staff showed. We called ahead to ask if the pool and hot tub were working and was told yes. The hot tub was cold and there was no temperature control to change it. Kids did not care about cold pool, but I cared about the cold hot tub.

Not the Best Western

On arrival my room and the hallways were so overpowered overpoweringly perfumed with the deodorant that I could barely breathe. The beds have at least a 6 inch foam pad on top and so you sleep sort of in a sling position. And the in room air conditioner unit was so loud. It woke me up when it popped on the hot tub was broken the pool was not heated. There was no Internet in my room and every time I called down to tell them there was no Internet. They just said yes there is and hung up on me.

When we opened the door to our room there was a smell in the room so we opened the window and aired it out but when we returned for the evening the smell was back again. Also the exhaust in the bathroom did not work. On ground floor and window would not close or lock. Bathroom mirror about to fall off the wall. Toilet would not flush completely and almost overflowed. A/C made a lot of fan noise. Soap scum on shower shelves.
