The prices are great for the room. I got a king bed. The bed is comfortable and the shower doesn't have that extremely hard pressure. The staff is friendly. I got access to the pool and free breakfast which I liked, their hours for breakfast are 6:30-9:30am. This gives me time to get up and go get breakfast instead of rush. I will be returning as soon as possible and highly recommend. The only thing is the floor, definitely have to wear house shoes as the floor has a sticky feel to it. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

Giant trash bag left outside the room, half the ceiling tiles were missing in the hallway, whole hotel smells of mold, smoke, alcohol (and probably illegal substances), dust mites and hair balls all over the room floor, mysterious white powder left on one of the chairs, toilet wouldn’t flush, no toilet paper, elevators not working, shower wouldn’t drain, tables felt sticky, people/maybe room service trying to barge into the room in the middle of the night, stains on the floor and chairs that look like they have a red tint to them, and then the worst of all a soft ball sized blood stain in the middle of the shower curtain. Overall, a nightmarish time and if I wasn’t traveling on a budget and could afford to go elsewhere I would have. But if you’re looking to have a certainly interesting story to tell your friends and love ones I’d say you at least be guaranteed to have a story if you stay here.

Worst stay in a long time

Waited over 30 minutes to check in, front desk stuff was nice but slow. The hallway to the room was dingy and the carpet was stained , had mold and mildew from leaking vents. The room was freshly painted, however, whoever did it was did a poor job at protecting the windows and mirrors, which had paint splatter. The betting had burn marks from cigarettes, and holes in the sheets. When we tried to leave the room, the door handle fell off. When we woke up in the morning there was a cockroach crawling up the wall.

Place is in terrible shape

This place looked ok in the pictures, however it is VERY run down. I think it was nice maybe 30 years ago, and has not had any significant updates since. The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. There was a big pack of toilet paper just chillin behind the front desk. The staff were actually very helpful with everything though. That is the only positive i have about this place. They seem to work hard and want to help the customer as much as possible. The clientele were very sketchy. It honestly looked like there were homeless people bathing in the pool. My friend and i did not feel very safe with just us and our teenage daughters. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we left after the first night. Do not recommend.

Carpet was smelly , dusty and spider webs in the exterior doors, floor and the elevator. The furniture was old and sticky. Only 2 towel sets on the room. They will clean the rooms every 3 days . The breakfast lady was friendly and the food was basic. Ice maker was located on the 4th floor only. The room rate was right. The housekeeper was rude, she knocked at the door before the checkout time , I was not late. I was asked for the documentation of my PSD Service dog, she said email her. This was uncomfortable for guests. No one wanted to share private medical information through email. I was willing to show her on my phone but she ignored. I thought she was weird. She should’ve known better.

Clearly the property had fallen on hard times, but the current management is working hard to turn things around. They've made some progress, but still have more work to do. Our first room had an inoperative A/C and TV, but the front desk moved us to another room where everything was fine. Even in the room with the bad A/C, it was clean and fresh looking. There's a little bit of construction dust and debris in the hallways, evidence of the "in work" status of the facility, and as we were checking out, the work crews were starting their day. Still, with all that, it's a pretty decent hotel, maybe a little rough around the edges, but they're working hard to improve. It's definitely a good value for the money. Could see this as a decent budget vacation hotel once all the renovations are complete.

the Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had I checked into this hotel on June 29th at 11:30 PM and waited 45 minutes at the front desk with no staff in sight. There were three other frustrated guests in the lobby when someone finally showed up — unprofessional in both appearance and demeanor. That should have been my first warning. What followed was four days of complete frustration: My toilet leaked continuously. The bathtub was backed up and unusable. Zero room service the entire stay. Despite daily requests, I never received clean towels or linens. On the final day, they left two towels on the counter — too little, too late. The staff looked and acted like they were cast in a low-budget horror movie — completely unprofessional and clearly not trained. It’s obvious this company does not care about quality, cleanliness, or customer service. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer far better service and professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs. If you stay here, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. This hotel is a disgrace.

Absolutely disgusting...last minute reservation due to auto accident in this town...had to change rooms 4 times...they gave us room right at checkin that people before us refused bc toilet was backed up..we asked if that was same room they were vacating and told ..oh no its differnet...the beds were rumpled from prior guest when we entered... NEVER RECOMMEND. roaches...cigarette burned sheets in non smoking room...we were there for 7 hours...worst 7 hours ever. Absolute trash.
