The tv didn’t work and when I finally did it was solely because a family left their fire tv logged in, it was all in Spanish and I had to use subtitles when I watched the tv, that wasn’t really bad the worst part was not having a real function air conditioning it was 78 degrees and it blew barley cold air, no amenities in sight (wipes, toiletries) the breakfast was mediocre and not upkept so the food wasn’t warm and old.

This a very dirty hotel that needs a major remodel. Everything in there felt dirty. Our room smelled like body odor, mold on curtains, missing caulk in shower. Just felt gross. Breakfast was not edible.

Hot and loud

The air conditioner in the room did not work. We checked in unloaded turned on ac, we went to dinner and walked around the mall. When we got back the room had not cooled off. I went down to the lobby to see about the ac it was just before 11pm but no one was in the office so i stepped outside for a smoke. Tried to go back in about 1110 but the door would not open. Then i see a sign on the side window half falling off that says door locks at 11. I tried my key card on what looked like a sensor but it did not work. Then tried the phone on the wall which no one ever answered. I had to call my family to come down and let me in. With no one at the desk i had to go upstairs to a hot room. To top it off we had to listen to what sounded like stomping, running from one end of the room to the other and jumping off the bed and landing on the floor until 2 or 3 am. When i checked out i tried to tell the desk person the the ac did not work in 209 all i got was oh ok. After a frustrating night i was ready to go. Then i was told by my daughters that a hous keeping person took some pictures of our room when we were making trips to load up the car. Not sure what that was about but we were already on our way

honestly this hotel is kind of a dump... It looks ok from the outside but inside its not great. the bathroom was dirty there was hair on the wall in the bathroom the floor was dirty. The bed is pretty big and comfortable..... but the craziest part is I came back from my event tonight and tried to watch TV, there were no batteries in the remote and the power supply was missing. The girl from the hotel took forever trying to get it to work and it never worked so basically I have no TV available in my room.... this place is kinda terrible.

The property outside looks like it has been remodeled but inside has not. The hallway floor felt unsafe underfoot and had large red stains. The first room we got had not been cleaned and the second room smelled musty and like old cigarettes.
