First off, I was welcomed and greeted by the desk lady who was very nice and even changed my room for me without me even asking she put me closer to the door so when I left in the middle of the night, I could just get up and go gym inform me that if you took the exit doors, they would close and lock on you and you couldn’t get back in so I chose to use the front door because she gave me a room close to the front door then when I walked in my room, it was very nice very clean and I felt safe. I did fill one of these out already so I don’t know why you’re asking me to do it again Thank you for the great service. I was very nice to know that they had food and drinks on hand from I believe she said 5 to 7 or nine till nine anyway the lobby was very clean and felt very comfortable to sit in if a person would like to sit in there so thank you very much for a wonderful day Mrs. Becky and Laura from California

Limited & overpriced food, with limited hours. Items for sale near the desk were greatly overpriced. Come on, $3 for a small bag of chips. Really? Room layout is odd, especially the TV size and placement. Time for an upgrade?
