Great all. They the care of you even when it your own mess up. There are some lil things that they need to fix but over all I use the hotels.com app ever night. Yes every night for my job. I have something like 150 stays in 162 days.

When we arrived there were guests that had been waiting at the front desk for over 30 minutes and no staff was available. We looked all over and knocked on staff doors as they had done but could not find any staff. We had 11 in our party and 5 rooms reserved. We waited about 20 minutes and finally a staff member showed up. She was very kind and did apologize however, it was very odd and she was quite frantic (but there were 15 people standing in the lobby at that point waiting for service). Once checked in we were supposed to have 5 King Suite rooms - we only were given two - the rest were regular king rooms - same price. We had 3 with us and no pull out couch so my son didn't have a place to sleep - we did go back to the desk and the lady was nice and gave us a room for my son - no charge for the trouble. We still had three rooms however, that we paid for King Suite and only had King Room. Rooms were clean - breakfast was so-so.

No hot water

No hot water for 8 of our 11 days. I reported it 4 times and they kept saying they would reset. The last time I said seriously reset not working they need it serviced and then it got fixed. Ashley was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and also gave us a $65 discount. Also several times went to front desk and no one was there.
