The staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The towels and linens were lovely. The location left something to be desired unless you were there for BOK or some professional activity. We felt very isolated. It was like a ghost town. And why do they charge for parking? Just because they can? They have designated parking spots. If someone is paying to stay, they should get a place to park.

Soooo close to the BOK!

Being SO close to the BOK, and being able to park in the hotel parking lot, was definitely a bonus! Breakfast was great as well! I’ll stay here from now on for any shows at that venue!

It’s a great walk to BOK, but the thermostat was broken with a note, the blinds didn’t work right, and the room wasn’t as clean as previous stays

Great location but needs a lot of improvement

The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on at any hotel. There was an opened coffee left by the coffee pot that wasn't thrown away. The view on the corner with two windows was great. Location to BoK was why we stayed here. Digital key does not work for elevator so you need a card. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

We have stayed here a few times when visiting Tulsa. The staff is always friendly but this stay the toilet in our room would not flush and we had somebody come and maintenance it twice saying they fixed it and it was never fixed. The hallways were so hot and the pool area was not very clean. The first day we went to the oool it smelled like sewer and the 2nd day they had light bulbs and ladders just laying out everywhere.
