We stayed one night at this property. At check in the staff talked on their cell phone the entire time we were checking in. Our room door did not close completely and it smelled like animal urine. A horrible smell. The breakfast had sour waffle batter and really all the food was subpar. The hotel was not clean and I’m glad we were only staying one night. If we’d been staying longer, I would have gone to a different hotel.

It was an older building, didn't have a coach .It only had a desk chair had to sit on the bed. It was located around alot of food choices. We couldn't use the pool. Had to leave early had a family emergency not sure if I am going to get refunded.

Location was great. However, when we experienced excessive noise in the room above us at 11:00 pm, the staff was unable to resolve the situation and ended up swapping rooms at MIDNIGHT!!!!!! Same thing the next night!!!!!!!!! Don’t stay here if you want any sleep.

I know this may sound silly but I really liked the waffles. Better than the waffles at other hotels. They were thinner and not the Belgian style and I like that. Bed was comfy but I didn't care for the pillows. They were like half sized and not full length and the firmness was extremely soft for all of them so there was no variety for someone like me who likes a little firmer pillow. Staff were super friendly and made some local dinner recommendations.

Manager was asked if he could book a 2nd night the same as Expedia has booked the first night and I was charged about 10% more than Expedia would have charged for the 2nd night. Also Expedia posts falsely positive reviews. Google seems more accurate.

I loved the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. Things were just a little bit run down and shabby, but not enough to prevent me from staying there again. Breakfast had many great options. Check-in took forever because the people in front of me had a problem and there was only one person working. He was very friendly though.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. But the room was dated and needed remodeling. Just old and kinda ran down. Staff was courteous and friendly. Not near as nice as I had paid for.

I have stayed at this Hampton several times over the years. The building/room is showing signs of aging. Our room lighting was very dark with no overhead lighting. We stayed 5 nights. The room had a king sized bed and only one chair. It took two days to get a second chair. It seemed that the weekend was staffed a little light as the trash cans in the dining area overflowed. However, the desk staff were all very nice and friendly. I stay here because the location is best for visiting family in the area and for now, I will continue to stay here.

I didn't like that the bedding for the sofa sleeper was not provided in the room. When I requested for it to be brought up I was told I had to come get it. Then when I went to get it, it was balled up with no covering and just handed to me. I questioned whether it was actually clean since the sheets were wrinkled and balled u. It was difficult for me to carry all the bedding back to the room. How ridiculous anyway..It should have been provided in the room before I checked in. It also should have been folded neatly and placed in some kind of bag or something to keep it sanitary.

This was the worst experience. It is very out dated and smells like old carpet everywhere. The sheets had a stale smell to them. The shower was clogged. Our bathroom light went out and they were not able to get maintenance out to change out. The pull out bed was horrid! The ceiling was leaking in the dining area . The had 3-4 buckets catching the water leaks. Extremely unsanitary. Zero out of 10 . I do not recommend.
