The room had been given away despite my confirmed booking, and I was turned away. The gentleman at the counter was professional and polite, appropriately courteous for the situation, and like all Hiltons I’ve been in the lobby and vending area looked clean, well-stocked and taken care of, but all in all a weird albeit isolated experience.

I’ve stayed at this location the past couple years, close to the tournament venue and plenty of restaurants. This trip for some reason the hot water was not operating properly, sink never got hot, shower took forever to war or get hot. Otherwise, great service and cleanliness
