Clerk was hard to find, I was in the lobby calling hello, hello and just waited and waited. Carpet in the room was wet, fridge door wouldn't shut, gym was closed and airport shuttle stopped two years ago. Location was sketchy, won't go back.

Should have known with this Hotel being just off the interstate and near the airport, but this place was a bit run-down and in a bit of a sketchy area. As for the room, it was clean and the beds we're comfortable. Didn't care for the pillow, it was small almost child size. Our room faced the interstate and you could hear every vehicle as they passed. It wasn't till the next morning did I find that the window had around a half inch gap between the window and the framing. Also, the elevator broke during our stay. The pool was really the highlight. The indoor pool was also heated. Nearly to the temp of a hottub. That was a pleasant surprise. Hotel location was not in the safest area. There were several individuals around who appeared to be homeless. Trash was also scattered around the bushes where I parked my car, including large empty cans of malt beverages. Overall, the room was too pricy for what you got in return. I would not recommend nor do I ever intend on staying there again.

I arrived and waited 10 mins to be helped by anyone. When the staff showed up she helps others that were there before us. Staff told me that there was not a room available After I had booked on Expedia. Expedia had said that there was an after I had booked on Expedia. Expedia had said that there was a room available obviously otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to book it. Staff said they had called me to tell me as such. No message was left, and I do not answer phone calls from unknown numbers. Especially when the number comes from out of state. additionally, the staff had texted me before from a different number, and that was another line of communication that could have and should have occurred, but didn’t. I was left with no room and no communication regarding the fact that now I would have to find somewhere else to stay. Very inconsiderate of time and lack of communication. Additionally, when the Staff explained the situation to me, they were condescending and rude. Overall, just a very horrible experience and I will not be recommending La Quinta to anyone. The staff’s attitude toward me regarding the situation made me feel unsafe, and I don’t appreciate that. Furthermore, when I left the building, the staff member called me to tell me there a room available. I told her I did not feel safe since my son and I would be staying there alone. I hope she is able to get additional training in being professional and courteous towards guest.

Very friendly staff and worth the quick stay. Only thing was it didn’t have the breakfast that morning. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

The 2 staff employees were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice but there was a smell in hallway as soon as you got out of elevator and inside room. The outside parking lot is questionable and the area of east admiral. No shuttle to airport. Need to advise of construction or updates as it's needed and reflect that on websites as I saw hotel probably when first built and exceptional reviews. Neither true. I enjoyed room for one night. Breakfast was good. Would not be my first choice if needed hotel again but if had to I would.

It was clean inside and out. Room was nice and clean. We were in town for the Tulsa State fair and it was close to the fair grounds at an reasonable price.

Clean room and common areas were clean enough. Good location if you plan on being downtown, but not much in immediate vicinity to the hotel.

Everything looked clean, but all outside areas smelled of heavy drug use, so I couldn't use patio by pool or anything, food was mostly eatable.On the second night my son woke up itching and found bugs on him. Went to front desk with one of the bugs on a Kleenex and talked to two staff and they were calling the manager.
