Hotel and room was updated and clean. Would have given it an excellent rating but our bathtub was cracked in several places and had a vinyl patch over the top. We dealt with it for one night and asked to move which they accomodated.

We could not search for channels on the TV. Tom the receptionist went out of his way to troubleshoot and fix the issue, even though he was not the maintenance man.

Check-in was very fast and desk clerk was very friendly. We took luggage to our room, stayed about 30 minutes, and then left to see a concert. When we arrived back to our room a large McDonald's cup that was not ours was on the bathroom counter!

The room had bed bugs and bugs that looked like lice in the couches that folded out to beds. We were put in room 203 and found the bugs then moved to 201 and the same thing. We had the front desk person, Tom, come up and look. He said house keeping was going to get wrote up because they were cleaning. We asked for a room without a couch and one with 2 beds and he couldnt do that for us. The parking lot seems sketchy with lots of people walking are and lingering around. We drove by after we had checked out and cops were under the awning. I would not recommend even though at the time of booking the reviews were an 8.1.
