I have stayed at this hotel 7 times. Overall, it is excellent. There were a few annoying things with my room this time. I couldn’t open the curtains much because of being broken. They wouldn’t slide and need repaired. I did not use the dishwasher, but it was leaking out onto the floor. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. It is always nice when things actually work properly— especially since my stay was 5 days and involved quite a lot of down time in my hotel room.

This property was perfect. We came to town for a concert. I’m happy we arrived at scheduled check-in because we paid for parking, if we were a couple hours late it would had been full due to everyone coming to town for concert. We got a bigger room than what we booked which was a nice plus. Hotel was clean and staff were all very friendly. Loved the free breakfast. Lots of options and kept clean and stalked. I would stay here next time I’m in town.

Very nice room, great location near BOK center and the breakfast is amazing!! Only issue is we found out the day before we arrived there would be a $19 charge for parking and there may not be enough spots.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The sofa was worn and taped to cover a hole, as this didn't hurt the cleanliness or comfort of the hotel it did make it look less than stellar.
