We always enjoy our stay and have a great time, but there seems to be a growing number of unruly kids around the pool. I know this isn't the staffs fault, it's a parental issue due to unqualified breeding. But staying at a casino should not turn into Pee Wees playhouse by the pool in my opinion.

All employees in every area of the casino was friendly, helpful, and seen. The place appears very safe and with security seen inside and out of the casino. Different places to eat are on site and each one we have visited was delicious.

This is a fun resort with a great pool area. The drinks were good and well priced. The staff was excellent! The room was spacious and well appointed. The only complaint we had were the eating choices. Margaritaville is loud and the service was terrible. I ordered a cup of coffee and was informed they didn’t have cream or milk. I could drink it black. I also had to track her all over the restaurant to get the check. Not a lot of choices. All in all, it was a great experience at the hotel!

Dont Freaking lie...just be honest

A few hours after check in we decided we would like to stay another night...I went to desk early afternoon of first day and politely asked if possible to renew and stay another night; what ensued was two desk help telling me to come back in the morning and check in-no problem. We went to nice meal at steak house-I stopped by seeing new clerks and asked when would be best time to ask if we could renew our room-was told to come at 3 AM when they could schedule for the next day.....wellll-ok I can do that and get in a little night gambling-no big. at 3 AM down I go to be told be an exceptionally nice clerk they had been sold out for quite some time for a conference and no rooms would be available until WEDNESDAY....this was now Saturday morning about 3:15 am. Upon check out I told them we were leaving room-we left mid morning on Saturday- then I once again politely stated how NICE it might have been on FRIDAY to be told they were sold out for a conference when WE COULD HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER ROOM IN TULSA AT A DISCOUNT. I stated that what had happened--and the total of 3 clerks listening could have cared less. Its not that I EXPECTED a room renew, its not like I was rude-its not like I would have cared or been upset to be told that they were book---what I was MAD about was the opportunity to book somewhere else while rooms were available and AT A DISCOUNT on hotels.com when I looked friday afternoon as opposed to Saturday at 4 am trying to find somewhere to stay that night close

I LOVED the entertainment. The staff was VERY helpful and the FREE Valet was superb! It was a GREAT time and I had the most FUN! I had sooo much fun, I forgot about the TIKI POOL BAR! I'll be back!

Overall, a great stay

Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. There was one guy that wasn’t particularly friendly & has extreme body odor. We saw him a few days & it was overwhelming. Restaurants were all great and great service. The hallways had bits of trash for 3 days in a row. Same trash in the same places. We rented a cabana 2 different days. The cabana areas were full of people without green arm bands after the main renters left. They were never asked to leave and took advantage of the lack of being checked on while taking over the cabanas.
