Your stay at Antal 204 is all about comfort and style. The apartment features a private rooftop for unforgettable moments, an ocean-view balcony to enjoy the Caribbean breeze, and three ensuite bedrooms for greater privacy and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining area with Smart TV make cooking and sharing time together easy and enjoyable. You’ll also have access to shared amenities, including a pool with loungers, hammocks, a gym, and a games area—perfect for both relaxation and fun.

🧹 Cleaning Service
Your stay includes one cleaning on the third day. Additional cleanings are available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD each.

Guest Access:
📅 On your arrival day, you’ll receive all the necessary information in the morning to complete a smooth and easy check-in. In most cases, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you around the house, and share tips and recommendations so you can make the most of your experience.

•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.

•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.
