Fraud! We booked online and came to checkin. They gave us a shared bathroom which we refused. The lady asked for 50$ to cancel the reservation. We went to another hotel. Still paid for this reservation...

Perfect stay.

It was an amazing stay for me. I was prepared to be in the middle of party city so the music from neighboring bars didn’t bother me (it ended at 1 am anyway). Rooms were very clean, Carla the receptionist was very accommodating to my needs. Location was great to the beach and restaurants/ stores nearby. I ate at the restaurant a few times and food was good, prices were Tulum prices. Def recommend this place. Side note: You will fall in love with Pinty, one of the hotel cats :)

Nice hidden place

I really enjoyed staying at Yoga Shala. The place is in the middle of everything, but yet quiet and peaceful. Beach access is just across the street, I didn’t hear any noise from the bars around, and my room was comfortable and super clean. The staff can’t be more accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Likes: The staff was very friendly; the yoga was awesome--it's worth going just for the yoga Dislikes: LOUD MUSIC almost every night, throughout the night, interfered with our sleep. Ended up sleep deprived. The loud music was coming from a bar just down the street. Our room was almost shaking one night from 11-4 am.

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience, je n'ai pas pu rester mĂȘme pas une seule nuit par manque de sĂ©curitĂ©: pas de gardien ni de personnel, tout est entiĂšrement ouvert et donne directement sur la route, absence totale de sĂ©curitĂ©, aucun autre touriste ne sĂ©journait, ambiance trop bizarre avec des taxis qui se garent devant les chambres, tout Ă©tait obscur et vide, alors que tout Tulum affichait complet. Toujours pas remboursĂ©e alors que payĂ© intĂ©gralement 10 nuits car Ă  mon arrivĂ©e Ă  l'hĂŽtel le 23 dĂ©cembre Ă  19h du soir une personne m'attendait pour encaisser le solde du sĂ©jour rĂ©servĂ© sur Hotels.com avant de me donner les clĂ©s de ma chambre et me montrer l'hĂŽtel, et avant que je voie que tout Ă©tait vide, sans lumiĂšres, comme abandonnĂ©, sans personnel, sans rĂ©ception, sans autres voyageurs, sans gardiens, dans une zone sensible surtout pour les voyageurs seuls et les femmes. De ce fait comme l'hĂŽtel n'Ă©tait pas en conditions de recevoir de touristes dans des conditions de sĂ©curitĂ© basiques je n'ai pas pu rester, et on m'a dit que pas de problĂšme on me rembourserait dĂšs le lendemain, or c'est l'arnaque on ne veut plus me rembourser alors qu'ils avaient confirmĂ© le remboursement Ă  Hotels.com, et Hotels.com se lave les mains maintenant. J'ai dĂ©pensĂ© une fortune pour me reloger pendant 3 nuits Ă  Tulum pendant les fĂȘtes, et n'ayant pas trouvĂ© de logement Ă  prix normal Ă  Tulum, j'ai dĂ» changer mon sĂ©jour. c'est inacceptable!

very clean room. great with mosquitonet over the bet since its a lot of mosquitos in the area. and nice with unlimited access to water. wifi works great. yoga was expensive - 20 dollar for one time. its same price in the area though but it would have been nice with discount for hotel guests.
