Une catastrophe

Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette literie. La salle de bain était pleine de moisissures. Pas de chasse qui fonctionne pour la toilette. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit. L'odeur des remontées provenant de la salle de bain. Une catastrophe. Les fenêtres ne se fermaient pas et idem dans la chambres des enfants, alors je vous dit pas le bruit ( parce que un hôpital a proximité)et le froid dans lequel nous avons dormi. Je suis très déçu d'hôtel.com. j'ai été bien naïve de croire aux photos publiées sur le site hotel.com. alors que sur Google on voit bien que l'hôtel de dehors est dans un état de délabrement avancé.
