When entering room with large jetted tub room was clean. Was interested in this up grade as I have nerve damage from hips down so to be able to soak with epsom salts to help with inflammation from a 12 hour drive 1st since injury and learning to walk again to learn as i asked so room is 2nd floor no problem i asked so elevators are around corner were i was told just past the resr rooms i walked past saw door to stair so kep walking bit further till I was down halfway when to my suprise as per reserving it should disclose all jetted tub rooms are on 2nd floor where you can only access by stairs, this leaves alot of wheelchair bond clientele out of great therapeutic need and loss of revenue for this hotel that is overall so far all that it has advertised. Few lights not working by switch on wall not enough towels for floor to not slip or should have few more pillows and wash rags/ towels so not to have to bother front desk to send up.

The only thing that was wrong was the sink was not clean around the back side of the facet. Sticky clear substance was in puddles on the back of the sink and on the chair in the room

Less than optimal.
Several wall outlets did not work in our room. Made charging all our devices extremely difficult. My daughter saw a roach in our room. The free breakfast was stocked with expired dairy products. And the seating in the dining room was extremely small. 6-8 chairs for the entire hotel. Left with either having to carry food back to the room or stand up to eat and take turns sitting. And the door to the dining area, once closed was almost impossible to open from inside the dining room. Somebody’s toddler kept locking us in.

We liked the pool. It was the only one I could find that was indoors but next time I’m going to keep looking. We were just staying the night on our way back to Oklahoma and thank goodness it was only one night there. Room was filthy. Handprints all over the headboard, stains on the furniture, hair around the sink. I’ve never had to wipe a room down before just to feel somewhat clean. The sheets appeared clean though but I didn’t sleep well thinking if they were or not because of the rest of the room. We did till the GM so they were aware and she was defensive at first but then offered us another room. Based off other reviews, I didn’t want to pack up and move to another filthy room after I had already wiped this one down though. We will not be coming back to this hotel when passing through again.

Not bad, but not great.
We came out for breakfast at 8am, almost everything was gone. Staff did not restock. Others were complaining. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. The room was small, the bathroom had no sink, it was out in the open room. The room was pretty clean except for black hairs by sink. Management could easily turn things around for a 5 star review
