Nice relatively new hotel, well kept, bright artistic environment. Stay was quiet, parking is plentiful and easy to access. Breakfast was well above average, good quality and variety. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

We stay at this hotel about two times or more during our travels south. It’s been fine everything but this time the hotel is showing its wear. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The shower had mold. We will be looking for new accommodations in the future.

Positive : check in was a breeze, plenty free parking, room was very clean, amenities is great. Free coffee and tea 24hrs. Breakfast was ok. Negative : the soundproof is terrible, guests next door check in at midnight makes a lot of noises and talking till 2 am disrupting our sleep and doors shuts so loud. Water pressure not so good either.
