The apartment has a heat problem. We were day and night between 31 and 33 degrees. Had to open the door to the hall to refresh slightly. The host was unresponsive and VRBO was bipolar. One employee calm and understanding and the next hysterical and aggressive. VRBO closed the case without resolving the issue.Horrible experience.
