It was very conveniently located, walking distance to the Riverwalk, bars & restaurants. Very quiet. Excellent, friendly staff. Comfy beds and the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I would definitely stay here again!!

Tried to cancel one of two rooms several days in advance for a refund due to one of the people going being hospitalized. The hotel would not let me do it. I offered to keep the one room and see if we could move the other room to a different date. The hotel would not do that either. They would not work with me at all despite a hospitalization. I will never stay here again. There are places much more customer friendly!!
