Terrible place, do not stay!

Terrible hotel. They overbooked on move in weekend at UA and cancelled our room without informing us, causing us to show up and have no room. It cost us a lot of stress and extra money and they did nothing to right their wrong. Hotels also didn’t assist in resolving. I am incredibly disappointed.

Breakfast was disappointing. Every time I wanted coffee or certain food it was out. They should be checking the amount of food and drinks occasionally, but I had to ask someone every time. Also, I didn’t know that since we were an AU family we would have gotten 15% off until I saw the sign at the desk. The lady said that I couldn’t get the discount since I didn’t sign up before. Service was definitely lacking.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and approachable. My icemaker didnt work so i kept asking the front desk for a bag of ice and they gave it right away. Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff were kind and helpful. The eating area was clean and coffee could be a little stronger.

The property is in a wonderful location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and again, the staff were pleasant. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Will return in the future if in the area.
