I stayed here under the impression it was a decent place from the rating but i was disappointed. The room was very dirty and worn down. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned, the walls had stains, and the couch was stained. I was not comfortable really touching anything around me and simple slept and left as soon as possible. I was surprised since the pictures showed a very different clean room compared to the one I got. I won't be going back here.

The first room I stood out was 212. There was mold on the walls. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed. It smelled really bad. The TV wasn’t working and there was a big nail on the floor. I come back down to make a complaint that I want my money back and they said I would have to go through Expedia to get my money back because I paid for it on Expedia and he offered another room. Also, he said that I couldn’t get the refund back because it’s been more than an hour that I come down to make a complaint and he said it had to be 10 to 15 minutes then he could refund the money but I was not aware of thatwas not aware of that and I was just forced to stay because it was 830 when I came down offered another room room 104 and it was just as bad and the air in the room doesn’t work and it’s really cold and it’s just blowing cold air out.

Do not recommend.

Driving in first impression not the best. First room I was given was open and not cleaned yet. Given another and now went from 2 queens to a king. I was ok with that. But my son opened the drawer and it said “send di@& pics to ———“. My kids didn’t feel safe. I tried to get a refund and go elsewhere. He instead moved me to a 3rd room. This one was not better. The lamps had foil or tape holding the light fixtures. Comforter and curtains had burn marks. It seemed like a place where hotel vouchers for those trying to get back on their feet are excepted. Not recommended for a family.

Room is not fully cleaned all around, they have a seat in the room that's filthy. Bed is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs..
