I was disappointed with my stay. There was no internet available during the first few hours after checking in, which was really inconvenient as I needed to get some work done. On top of that, the front desk staff seemed unfriendly and not very helpful, and the room phone didn’t work at all throughout my stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re travelling for business, as it lacks the basic services you’d reasonably expect.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant options close by are extremely limited. The hotel is dar away from downtown but it’s very easy to take an Uber or taxi. Staff are very nice.

Okay Hotel

El hotel estaba bien. Las habitaciones parecían un poco anticuadas y el desayuno podría haber sido mejor. El personal y el servicio fueron increíbles. Fueron muy amables. El hotel está en proceso de renovación, ya que Marriott lo adquirió el año pasado y pronto renovará las propiedades. Creo que con el respaldo de Marriott, City Express será muchísimo mejor. Y también contará con más recursos para consolidar la marca.
