Our home is set on a private road, so you'll get expansive sweeping views of the park, mountains, and valley along with privacy.

Our detached casita is just a few steps from the main house. It can serve as the third bedroom, additional indoor dining, or a dedicated private office.

Our 600 sq ft house, 300 sq ft casita, and our entire property are all yours to enjoy.

We have amazing stargazing and the Sky's The Limit Observatory is located less than a mile from us.

Everything you need or want is within 10-15 minutes of the house including groceries. We are also within the radius of delivery services like Instacart. Twentynine Palms has shops and restaurants including the best bakery in the hi-desert (and Starbucks).

Although you'll want to drive to the park to see the main attractions, Joshua Tree National Park begins just across Utah Trail. There's great cross-country hiking from the house for anyone that is up for an adventure. We're happy to share that information when you book.

Our house is located on a private road so it is very serene and quiet. There is plenty of on-site parking.

ROAD CONDITIONS: Roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts and exposed rocks, particularly after rain.

There are no homes between our backyard and the park entrance. That means you get uninterrupted and private views of the park. It also sits at a higher elevation than town so on the north side of the house you get soft twinkling city lights at night.

The WKNDR is conveniently located 2 miles from 29 Palms main street and less than 1 mile from Joshua Tree National Park. 29 Palms is a "desert oasis" with boutiques and restaurants including the best bakery in the high desert.

We are slightly off the beaten path on a dirt road. There is plenty of parking on our property.

Like all homes in the area, our house has a septic tank. Please don't flush anything except for toilet paper.
