Great Vibe House + Hot Tub, Minutes to JTree Park

We have changed. We have made upgrades - a sweet new master bathroom, new furnishings, a privacy fence, & a fantastic hot tub. You'll be comfortable here. This place has such a vibe-clean and spacious. Located on a quiet street bordering a mountain, close to the east JTree park entrance. Entire house is yours - fenced yard, nicely furnished inside and out, newer appliances, 2 large smart TVs, cable, wi-fi, gas fireplace, kitchen, BBQ, laundry room, hot tub, one space in garage. Enjoy the desert.
Entire house is yours to enjoy. You are sure to be in comfort with both swamp cooling and air conditioning, as well as a heater and a gas fireplace. Or just open the front and back doors and enjoy the amazing cross breeze. Unwind and watch the sunset from the very private front patio. Hang out and barbecue out back in the large back yard- better yet, have cocktails on the enclosed front patio in the jacuzzi.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with an ice maker in the refrigerator and a dishwasher. Coffee and seasonings are provided, as are dishes, pots, and pans. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, use the propane grill on the rear patio.
The living room features a fireplace, sofa, love seat, and big screen, smart TV. The TV comes with cable and netflix. There is WiFi as well. There are two bedrooms with a queen size beds, cotton linens, down comforters, and down pillows. The Master bedroom features a large smart Tv too. There is also a futon in the large hallway that sleeps two. Extra linens are provided.
Hot tub is s four person. It is located on the private front porch space. It locks. Please keep it locked when not in use.
The back yard is fenced for privacy. And there's a garden with herbs and spices for cooking.
You will have access to the entire house. There is space only one car in the garage, as my truck occupies one of the two spaces. However, the driveway can accommodate additional cars.

Other things to note
This house is suitable for pets. We love your dogs. We ask that you keep them off the furniture please.
No parties or events. Please leave it as you found it. You are responsible to repair or replace anything you damage.
There are lights on the front patio. The switch on the wall opposite the front door, next to the agave plant.

Nice house in close proximity to Joshua tree visit. Amazing outdoor space to play in backyard, and nice common areas in home. Pullout hideabed was very bent out of shape and therefore almost unsleepable. Chose to put kids on the futon in the hallway, which also needed to be propped up with pillows. Was fine enough for us with small kids, but adults would have struggled with those non-bed options. Overall house met needs for visiting area.

Comfy and cozy. Property cleaners were just leaving when we arrived at 3:15 pm so high turnaround for this place. Only issue is the master bdrm TV remote controls (2) did not work but main TV in living room worked fine. Quiet neighborhood but neighbors around corner leave their dog unleashed so beware when walking around area. Great little playground 2 blocks away for young kids to walk to.

Great for family trip to JTNP

Great house with prime location close to park entrance. Close to shops and food as well. For us, the other great benefit was a wonderful playground a couple blocks from the house, so if your kids didn’t burn enough energy hiking all day they can play there and get tired out before bed. The house itself was perfect for us (family of four) and could easily accommodate a couple more people if needed. Kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, and everything worked. and was clean. Neighborhood is super quiet at night except for the howlin’ coyotes and some lonely crickets. Would stay again if going to Joshua Tree NP.

Property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Only issue was that slider and closet sliding doors did not open/close easily. Also, windows in bedrooms did not open which could be a safety issue. Otherwise, property was very nice.

Lovely and cozy

Wonderful home located minutes from JTNP. Great accent with hot tub! Fully stocked kitchen with top notch appliances. Everything you need in a cozy place, with added fireplace. Only glitch was not having the code to get into the door however Desiree was immediately responsive when I called her and problem rectified right away! Neighborhood ok. Neighbor dogs barked a lot. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. But more likely 4.5+. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Joshua Tree! Overall it was wonderful
