Perfect in all ways important!!

We came to work and check out the area. House was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed. I was able to bring my dogs which was huge! The loved the backyard and it’s a great are for walks!

Nice place too many bumps

1. Combination on door would not work. We tried almost 40 minutes to get into the house, in the heat. then had to call the caretaker, which I could barely hear over the phone. 2. Sprinklers in the backyard were set to go off way too often. Sometimes, couple times a day you couldn’t even enjoy the yard. 3. We noticed there are several tree saplings trying to grow but it looks like every time they cut the grass they’re cutting down part of the saplings in the yard.

Bare bones

The property was clean and beds comfortable. Good location. Kitchen was sparsely equipped. No cable tv only apps. Nice yard but no grill and only a couple of small chairs on the small patio. Living room has couch and one chair and the couch was hard to get in and out of. That said the home sufficed for our needs
