AC didn't work. It was 80 degrees in the room. Bed had a thin mattress on a platform. Very uncomfortable. Staff was good. I checked in late so i didn’t call about the heat.

We got into room 159..In the first half hour there is a DOG INSIDE HERE SOMEWHERE ( upstairs?) BARKED 3X and the ppl upstairs are clunking around on the floor with shoes on. Very noisy. DOGS BARKING INSIDE..NO NO NO NEVER !! Won't recommend this place.

The room is fine, the shower is very good- plenty of hot water. When we opened the door to the room, a blast of hot air came out. Even though the thermostat was set all the way to ‘cool’ the room is a sauna. All of the surfaces are radiating heat. We could not do anything further to the thermostat to dial it down, so we turned the fan setting to off, and opened the window and propped open the door. Terribly inconvenient as we have no privacy and our door opens to the smoking area on the second floor stairs. But we managed to let some heat out. When I called the desk to ask if there’s a repair needed or another room available, I was told no. And that this time of year the heating is all that is on for all rooms, there’s no way to get cool options. Not to mention that putting the hot phone handset to my face was interesting. And they hadn’t had complaints about this room being damaged or too hot. Oh well….

Helpful polite staff. My first night my smoke detector kept going off. Staff gave me a new room when they could not fix it. After checking out I realized i had left my phone charger in my room. Within 5 minutes of returning caretaking already returned it. Plus within an hour of my checked out they already had the room ready for arriving guests

The room was clean enough, bit very crowded. The staff was friendly and efficient. The problem we had was a group of people partying in the parking lot, very loud, and then arguing with each other. This was about midnite and no one came to quiet them down.
