Elevator was gross. Bathrooms were also gross. It was loud all through the night and the ac/heater made weird noises which kept us up also. Pool area was ok, towels were not stocked. Breakfast wasnt bad, not a huge selection though.

Not the best stay

The room we got was nice and clean. But… the heater/ac did not work. The room was humid and hot and the thermostat wouldn’t change. It was late so we suffered thru it. Then we went to shower in the morning and we got all but a few minutes of hot water then the rest of us had cold showers. I told front desk in the morning and all I got was oh ok I’ll tell maintenance.

Terrible service! Care-free environment!

We asked for towels for the pool area. They were all dirty and all over the place. They said they didnt have any. We proceeded to soak in the hot tub when it was scolding hot. Another lady talked to the front desk to turn down the heat of the hot tub. The receptionist said it was 108 degrees and they have no way of turning it down or put no effort in making their guests comfortable. The floors were ripped up and disgusting. They did not accommodate or care about their people. I am never going back.

Needs an UPGRADE Moldy and DIRTY

As u walk in this place is like a sauna. The carpet is old and torn in the room. Furniture is in bad shape and old. The shower head hasnt been cleaned properly in months or years and the bathroom floor had spots that looked like there was mold growing there at one time. The hair dryer didnt work i asked for a replacement they didnt have extras and noone came to look at it. I would NEVER stay here again. Go somewhere else.
