Located 9 miles south of downtown Leadville off Hwy 24, our cozy studio features a full-wall stone/moss fireplace, unobstructed million dollar views of Mt. Elbert, and
relaxation. Full kitchen & bath, queen-sized bed & inflatable queen
mattress (4 guests, max); cable tv, patio, bbq grill, and small pond in front of
building. Laundry facilities available in building (payment by app); wifi
(can be a little slow at times in winter). Available pots/pans, microwave, coffeemaker, mixer, toaster, condiments, and linens/towels.
**Please note: no dishwasher (you can always bring paper plates/cups).**
Rates: 75/night or $500/wk. $100 refundable security deposit and $25 cleaning fee.
3 night minimum.
This is our simple, cozy base camp and not a full-time rental unit.
