Our cozy little home is the perfect getaway location, JUST ONE block (250 ft) from Lake Michigan; a short 2 minute stroll. Or take our bikes around the town and beach- 2 provided!
Our backyard is a perfect hangout area with gas fire pit, patio table & yard games. Kick back & relax! Only 40 minutes to Lambeau Field & Less than an hour to Door County.

The space
Chic beachy blue 1,100 sq ft home built in the early 1900's, styled as a more modern home away from home.
Rest assured the neighborhood is safe and RING is installed to the left of the front door when you walk in. When you walk through the front door you will be in the living room- brand new flooring installed fall 2021. 55 inch flat screen smart Tv- feel free to sign into your own Netflix or smart app account. Through the living room is the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom (twin bed) Memory foam mattress . Up the stairs (12 stairs) are two small bedrooms (queen bed & twin bed. ) . At the top of the stairs there is a AC window unit(this is NOT a central air home) so feel free to turn on if the home gets too warm.

The bathroom is located on the main level behind the kitchen. BRAND NEW BATHROOM REMODEL (October 2021) Beautiful tile shower and modern design.

The outside of the house is nautical blue to go along with your beach vacation 🏖 . Our driveway can easily fit 2 cars. There is an outside hose to wash off sandy beach feet 🦶🏽. Cozy firepit (gas) and small table in the backyard.
Located in the side door of the garage is 2 adult mountain bikes, yard jenga and yard Yahtzee and a small charcoal grill.

The best part of our little cottage is... if you step right outside the back fence, you can see Neshotah beach from our sidewalk, literally 250 ft down the road! Also in walking distance (.5 mile) is historic downtown Two Rivers, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, tourist shops, the historic fishing village etc. We have a "home manual" with fun ideas for the area here at the home!

The Fridge/Freezer is a great medium size to store food if you choose to stay for an extended time or store snacks and drinks. (Pick N Save Grocery store is a short drive or walk from our house)

The property was a perfect fit for a quiet weekend celebrating our birthdays! We enjoyed biking along the lakefront and taking walks on the beach! Excellent restaurants within walking distance!

This house was a block away from the beach which was awesome. It has a clean updated bathroom with excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable.This house was also built when the average person was shorter. The second floor is not meant for people over 6'3." My partner hit his head on the doorways several times and was about .5in from his head touching the ceiling. One of the second floor bedrooms also did not have a door which worked fine for this trip with parents and kids, but would have been a bummer if we were staying with anyone else.

Property was in a great location. We walked beaches, trails and all over town. Quiet neighborhood. Disappointed bathroom sink drained slowly. Unfortunately the bikes were not in useable condition. Enjoyed our time in Two Rivers and Manitowoc!

Valentines' Getaway

We have a tradition of getting away for the weekend to celebrate Valetines' Day and this year we ended up picking Two Rivers - for quiet, for exploration, for just getting away from it all. This property provided us with a perfect place to hide and reconnect. The hosts were responsive - especially with all of the snow - and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Wonderful memories!

We spent two nights here and we wish it could have been longer! This was our first visit to Lake Michigan and it’s gorgeous! We loved the proximity to the beach and a very nice park, among other things. We used one of the provided bikes and had some fun exploring (we brought bikes for the kids). There are quiet streets and bike trails all over the place. The house just has a window a/c unit upstairs, but that worked just fine for us and we were comfortable sleeping. Annie was very easy to communicate with and helpful during our stay. My boys have asked multiple times if we can come back or at least have one more night in “the blue house.” We’re thankful for the sweet memories that were made here!

Very nice location. 5 minutes from beach. House was comfortable. The bed was nice. Nice bathroom and shower. I would suggest a bigger refrigerator. If a family stays they will need more room.

So close to the beach!

You can't beat the proximity to the beach! You can even hear it thru the open windows all night long. They had activities and books which were perfect to keep the kids entertained on our one rain morning. Property was walkable to a very large playground and the grocery store as well.

Great location

Just a quick visit to explore Two Rivers and Manitowoc with a friend. The proximity to the beach was probably the best part. I slept with the windows open and it was like a built-in sound machine with the waves from Lake Michigan. It was a great spot to base out of and explore, both places. Place was clean, beds comfy, living room a nice place to chill after a day of hiking, biking and exploring. I’ll definitely be back!
