Brass Rail Villas is n a Mediterranean style, gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island located just 30 yards to the main beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area.
Brass Rail 316 condo is on the third floor, just outside of the elevator. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the perfect place for your vacation needs. The open floor plan of the living and dining area includes a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. Located right off the living area is your balcony with seating for four. There is a glimpse of the ocean over the rooftops. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom. The dining area has seating for 6, and 3 stools at the breakfast bar connected to the kitchen.
The spacious master suite has a King-sized bed with a 27in flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an attached master bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen. The second guest bedroom has 2 Twins. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.
NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

Great stay!
Nice clean condo that was in a great location! We would have given it a five (5) star rating but the mattresses were very firm for our taste.

Place is nice. Gave lower rating as glasses and utensils were dirty and toaster broken. Not enough toilet paper and this property management co. Doesn’t supply shampoo. The cost is high so the expectations are high as well.

Tybee rental
The location of this property was great. This was the first time we have used VRBO and we were worried about what to expect. Turns out we had nothing to worry about because the apartment was exactly as advertised, the electronic key system was perfect for beach-goers (and I'm assuming works really well for the owners to allow different renters), and it was great to have parking and an elevator that goes straight up to the third floor property. There was a hiccup with the refrigerator water/ice machine not working, but I reported that and received a quick response. Even though the machine couldn't be fixed, the fact that the management company followed up quickly was great. It was also nice that we could get a rental for less than a week. We were doing a long weekend and didn't have a full week, which is how many beach houses are rented. In the words of my 10-yr old son: it was perfect and fit all our needs.

Great little vacation
Very easy to book. Great communication with the rental company via email and text. You get door codes for gates, parking and the condo. No keys to get lost in the sand! It’s so nice to have 2 reserved parking spots since parking is scarce close to the beach. Elevator was very nice because we were on the 3rd floor.
The condo was just as described. Plenty of dishes and cups. Drip coffee maker. Pools and hot tub were clean and a lot of fun for the kids.
The beach is a block away. Close to the pier and several restaurants of different cuisines within a block. The Breakfast club and Sunrise are great for breakfast. Get ready to stand in line outside of the breakfast club, but it’s worth it. Raw Ingredients is a block away- they have fantastic sushi, poke bowls and bubble tea. We ate there at least 4 times in 4 days.
We had a delicious steak dinner at Sundae club. Make reservations because it’s really busy.
Drift had yummy pastries. Didn’t get to try their crepes or breakfast sandwiches because it would have taken too long. There were only 2 people working when they opened that day and the service was very slow. The pastries and coffee were good so hopefully that was only a one off incident.
I recommend Beachview spa for massages.
Overall, you can’t beat the location. We loved walking to the beach or great restaurants in just a few minutes. I would recommend brass rail 316 in a heartbeat. Already trying to figure out when we can go back.

Great place to stay for a vacation
Beds are indeed hard as a rock as other reviewers have mentioned. Bring a mattress topper when you come. Other than that. Loved the place. Close to the action and fantastic atmosphere.

Horrible Beds!
Despite the large space, beautiful decor, all the beds were very hard. In my 30 years of renting condos, I have never encounted such hard mattresses to extent that I couldn't sleep for my entire stay. Trust me, rent another condo! Also, pictures were deceiving. This condo appeared to be on the beach, when in fact, there was another condo building between us and the beach.
