PROs: Lovely view of the palm trees and river; newer appliances; CONs: Hair and bugs in bed; grimy uncomfortable sofa and chair; of the 4 windows one didn’t open and only one had a screen in it; low-pressure-low volume toilet requires 2-4 flushes; people were smoking pot and cigs on their balconies; parking lot gate was stuck open during my entire visit; biggest issue was slider screen was broken and stayed broken after repairman came to fix it(see photo); he also said no screens available for the windows. Balcony chair broken so you must sit on metal bar. I visited in March when I hoped to enjoy the cool breeze, listen to the water and wind in the palm trees. The property descrip should say that the doors and windows must be kept shut at all times to keep insects out. This would be fine in summer when AC is on all the time. But no fresh air in March is great disappointment. I did not appreciate having to strip the bed and put clean sheets on the evening I arrived for vacation when I saw hair and bugs in the bed; host was non-responsive to texts and calls so I had to drive to management office just to get repairman out to look at unrepairable slider screen. See photos. Glad a spare set of sheets and lots of towels were available. I put towels on the grimy chair and went to thrift store to buy a reading lamp so I could read my book listening to the rumble of the fridge and AC instead of enjoying fresh air, breeze and water sounds. Great disappointment.

Our stay at SBRC

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures but you should know it is extremely small! The view from our balcony was very nice and peaceful until the new tenants arrived the day after we did. The problem, and it was a problem, is they smoked continually!!!! We don't smoke and evidently the property is a No Smoking property area although you can smoke on the balcony. So, if you're not a smoker you may need to take this into consideration. We did speak to management and they informed us that there is a NON SMOKING property that they list . Our other issue that we did address was the "bug" problem in the unit.

Huge water views

Very nice corner condo with view of the river and ocean as well. Lots of things to see off the very nice balcony. Lots of light in the condo. Furniture in the den which was showing wear couId have been more comfortable, but bedding was nice. Kitchen was well appointed.

We loved the sunsets, watching Dolphins and shrimp boats and cargo ships.

The condo was good, loved the view and having a corner condo. furniture and rug needs replaced. Bathroom smelled of urine the whole time there. Trash at pool was never removed the 4days there. Trash can overflowing. Loved having the beach chairs, they just need to be replaced.

Beautiful View, Wonderful Location

Loved our stay at this condo. We were satisfied with the view, we sat and watched fishing boats and dolphins. The condo is the closest walk to the water in the whole facility so we walked the beach for miles every day. Came for Savannah, ended up spending a majority of the time at the pool and on the beach.

The dophin "show" every day was amazing!! The cargo boats and fishing boats coming and going always gave us something interesting to look at. We walked on the beach everyday of our stay and had a wonderful time. We will certainly be back.

Great location

The location was fantastic, a quite beach neighborhood that was walkable to restaurants. We loved the great view from the balcony for watching dolphins. It was exactly what we wanted. The only thing that was not great about our stay was the egg/fish smell of the hot water in the apartment. We took cold showers to avoid the smell.

We loved the proximity to the beach from our condo. It's tough to see in pictures, but the boardwalk is short and it's a very short walk to the river water. From the boardwalk it's about a 10 min walk around the bend to where the river opens into the ocean. Each window of the condo offers beautiful views of the water. There's a fair amount of noise because the condo is located near the boardwalk entrance, showers and pool. Occasionally we could hear the people in the condo above us and the tv of the people next door to us. Highly recommend this location, north beach. It's a more relaxed environment.

Great location and great view

This was my first visit to Tybee where I stayed on the island. It was great, better than I expected. Easy access to the beach and the view from the balcony was awesome.
