A second full hallway bathroom, shared by the guest bedrooms, includes its own clawfoot shower/tub combination, preserving the home's historic charm while providing modern convenience.

For additional flexibility, a bonus sleeping area is located on the lower level of the home and is accessed separately by exiting the main house and entering through a private exterior entrance. This unique retreat features a Queen bed, two Twin beds, a television, window-unit air conditioning, and convenient access to a half bathroom located beneath the home, making it ideal for older children, teens, or guests seeking additional privacy.
