All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.
Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.
A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.

Key Lime Condo is a cozy 900 sq. ft. unit located in the back, bottom half of Coral House, which contains three separate condos. It’s perfect for a laid-back beach stay — just keep in mind it’s not a large unit and does share the property with two other rentals.

Parking • Parking is available for 1–2 vehicles, with cars parked one behind the other on the side of the house. • Metered public parking is available nearby if you arrive early or stay past checkout.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements The second bedroom is a loft with: • a half wall • private balcony • closet The narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft; all other rooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom and bathroom both have a step-up at the entrance (see photos for details).

Noise & Neighbor Awareness • The unit shares walls and a ceiling with neighboring condos, so some sound transmission is possible, much like in an apartment. • The loft bedroom is most susceptible to overhead noise. • If you experience excessive noise, let us know — we’ll promptly contact the other guests.

We are unable to allow parking before check in or after checkout. Guests must park at the very back half of the lot. Other guests need the front half.
