Very conveniently located to pier as well as South Beach. Safe area with lots of shopping close by. We had a few issues such as the AC would not cool below 75°. Also, there needs to be general maintenance performed such as fixing toilet from wobbling.

I loved that this property was close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that The condo wasn't in good condition. The floors were sandy and needed to be swept and mopped. There was a cabinet door in the kitchen hanging by one hinge. I notified the property manager and they said they would come fix it but they never did. There was mold in the refrigerator and on the curtains leading out to the balcony. The handle was broken on the kitchen sink. There was a false eyelash on a lampshade in the kids room. The baseboard in the kid's room had something that looked like vomit on it. The internet was very slow. We couldn't Stream. One night the internet went out. The elevator went out on the day we were leaving and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. I do not recommend this condo. I made the property owner aware of my concerns. All they did was come and fix the handle on the kitchen sink.

Sandpiper Review

Loved many things about our stay: walking distance to everything, super close to the beach, roomy. This was a condo with very thin walls so if noise is an issue for you, you might not want to stay. Not a lot of amenities besides bath towels and soap for dishes. Parking is included which is super awesome. Overall, would stay again.
