Nice room, comfortable bed. I would have liked to have had an information packet with the wifi password and local information, but that wasn't a big deal, the office provided it with a phone call.

This was probably one of the few places I’ve stayed at with the nicest staff. The receptionist was very sweet and the room was comfortable and clean. I will be staying here again.

This is one of my favorite places to stay whenever I’m in Tyler, Texas. I don’t have to worry about much trouble or have any problems since I’ve been booking that hotel. staff is friendly convenient and on call whenever you need the guy to front desk always is always available.

I found there were not enough wall plugs for my electronics….,0nly one wall switch for above bed and distance made yu get out of bed to turn off. TV selection sucked! No selection schedule was provided. End wall tables to far to reach from bed . And bed height, needed step ladder to get on off bed.

If I came back a second time it was great. My grandkids enjoyed it. I'm not sure if you have a lifeguard at the swimming pool because my daughter was there. If there is another time that my grandkids stay there if a lifeguard is not present they will not stay there but I will. I say that because my youngest grandchild love the water so I don't want him to go swimming without her consent and no one is present to save him.
